Welcome to the Lakewood Villages Neighborhood Association Website!

Since the annexation of Lakewood Villages into the City of Bellevue, the City has taken over operation of the park, tennis courts, bathrooms, and picnic shelter and these facilities will be open to the public.  Due to this change, picnic shelter reservations are on a “first-come, first-served” basis. 

All homeowners in Lakewood Villages are encouraged to join the association to help support our great subdivision. 

The Lakewood Villages Neighborhood Association (LVNA) is still committed to making our subdivision one of the most desirable areas in Papillion, Bellevue and the Omaha metro area to live. Whether you are single, married, raising a family or enjoying your retirement, Lakewood Villages is just right for you.
