The purpose of the association shall be as a voluntary organization representing the interests of the homeowners for the health, recreation, welfare and enjoyment of all residents of Lakewood Villages.

Be a member, join today! Your $25 per family or household fee will help our neighborhood host family friendly neighborhood gatherings such as neighborhood picnics and a Fall Festival. We also sponsor a plant sale, garage sale and a trash pickup weekend. We are always looking for more ways to meet as neighbors! Members will receive a copy of the neighborhood directory and personal invites to all of the events.

We will distribute a Lakewood Villages Directory, which will be shared with members only. This will provide you with neighborhood contact information. If you are interested in placing an advertisement in the directory the price is $10 for members and $25 for non members.
