Lakewood Villages Park Picnic Shelter Reservation
Terms of Agreement

  1. The Lakewood Park shelter may only be reserved by residents of Lakewood Villages.

  2. All reservations require one week notice.

  3. All reservations must begin and end during regular park hours. Remaining in the park past posted park hours will be considered trespassing.

  4. There will be no reservations accepted for dates between November 1st and March 1st.

  5. No more than half of a month’s weekend days may be reserved.

  6. If there are minors included the group reserving the shelter, an adult must be present at all times.

  7. Groups must provide their own trash containers and remove all trash when they leave the park.

  8. The restroom doors must be closed when the reservation is over.

  9. The Lakewood Villages resident reserving the shelter will be held accountable for any damages incurred by their guests.

  10. Lakewood Villages will not provide water or electricity to operate bounce houses or any other equipment that is brought in unless they are being used for a neighborhood-wide activity, such as an LVNA event.

LVNA posts shelter reservations but is not responsible for enforcing the reservations. Parties reserving the shelter may take reasonable steps to ensure the shelter is available for their reserved day and time.

Reservations apply only to the covered shelter and in no way prevent Lakewood Villages residents from using the other facilities including the play area, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball areas and the restrooms at the time of your event.
